As a leader in the multimedia and Internet field, IMSC has developed unique immersive technologies, such as 3D modeling and animation, remote media immersion , and immersive 3D sound environments. Major progress is also being made in haptics, compression, speech recognition, database management and wireless communications. Over the life of the center, IMSC researchers and students have developed demonstrations of their particular area of research.

If you would like to tour IMSC's labs and see these demonstrations, you may attend one of our Open Houses. IMSC holds Open Houses on the second Wednesday of the month from 10am -12pm. Please note, this date/time may change for specific events. Also, not all demos may be available for viewing. Please fill out the registration form below to schedule a visit.
